Multiple number formats in a single column

I have a table with multiple columns.  I want to allow different number formats for each ROW, but can only figure out how to do that by column.  Please see below.  Thank you.

Measure           A            B
Price                $5           $10
Quantity         17           14
Discount         10%       15%

i am assuming you mean in a table chart.

i would suggest using pivot table and move the dimension (with values  A,B in your eg) to column.
