Hi,
I created the account in "My Qlik " before we purchase Qlik on prem,
and my account is “Expired”.
I guess I need to change it and set my on prem user but I dont know how
I want to go to download section

As per the picture I am unsure if is your account that is expired or your trial. The best way to proceed is to contact my colleagues from Customer Support directly by the chat, the blue help bubble at the bottom right corner of every Support Page on Qlik Community.
The chat can walk you through solutions, connect you to a live agent, or even help create a case.
