The user can access the streams bar menu without any issue in windows where in Mac or IOS (already updated and Safari is the browser) will not be able to see these menus. this for one year currently and the version we are using Qlik Sense November 2021 - qliksenseserver:14.44.5. Please can you help with steps by steps to solve this issue.
Have you tried to use Chrome on Mac or IOS and see if the stream is visible? If still not visible, you may check the security rule to see if anything rule is blocking the devices.
I tried different browser and same issue only in windows with same user I can see the customized stream. can you explain or guide me in way to check the security rules , As I validate most of the link and help and still the issue is not fix and the vendor said this is not supported :(. in the Qlik web site it is support.
