Need to connect Qlik Sense with JIRA

I tried to pull the JIRA data into Qlik Sense. When I create a new connection, facing issue.

From Qlik Sense Hub --> Data Load Editor --> Create New Connection --> Click on JIRA --> I gave the JIRA base URL and our user name and password.

Then facing error "Failed on attempt 1 to GET (Unable to connect to the remote server)

Kindly suggest anything I need to do prerequisites.

All I can say is that Qlik Sense can not connect to your internal Jira. Why is impossible for me to say. Try removing 'https://' from the base URL value. If that does not work, talk to your local IT or network or the global Qlik support. Maybe the connector is only for Jira Cloud, not Data Center.

Hi @steeefan No, below is the error. If I removed the HTTPS

"The following parameter validation errors were found: baseUrl: The baseUrl must be https"

See above: If that does not work, talk to your local IT or network or the global Qlik support. Maybe the connector is only for Jira Cloud, not Data Center. I am no longer able to help you.

Again: All I can say is that Qlik Sense cannot connect to your internal Jira, specifically this address: https://jira.XXX.com.qa/rest/api/2/myself. Why is impossible for me to say.
