Hi Qlik Sense Peeps,
I want to seek help for the following issue we encountered:
1. All the users can access the QMC or Hub because accidentally sync the users and only 1 group stays but no one has the license to access that group. Also, the service account doesn't have any license. So no one can access the qlik now.

If you log in to qmc then go to license usage summary section and from there navigate to Professional/Analyzer access allocations the. You can manually add users to a license so they get access to the HUB applications.

The service user is by default given the Root Admin role, so that user can access QMC & assign the necessary licenses to the required users. Also check if the license urls are whitelisted by the network team, this access pass issue can also arise when the License service isn't able to connect with the Qlik license URLs for more than 5 days.
