Not able to click on App Navigation Link properly

Hi,

I have created an App Navigation Link for the users to download the detailed data using ODAG functionality but it is not properly visible for the users to click. It looks like it is being over shadow by the chart which is in background.

Just wanted to understand , is it a design bug or can I do something about it.

I have given the screenshot of the issue below so that you guys can related to what I have written above.

If I am scrolling the page , the App Navigation Link also getting moved above and not being static at the buttom of the page

I am using Qlik Sense February 2023 Patch 3 version.
