It sounds like either
* something went wrong with the installation (uninstall, reboot and reinstall; make sure the minimum of other applications/services running during the install),
* or there is a port conflict (a port required by the Sense migration service is already in use by something else, such as a VPN, antivirus, or some other service that requires the port). Make sure that these services are not running when you first run Sense. Once the migration is complete (opening apps for the first time), you may be able to restart the services.
