P&L pivot - XLS Export not possible

In a Published App the XLS-Export Option is gone:

Only if I duplicate the sheet XLS-Export is possible:

The option "Allow export to Excel" is turned on in both cases. 

Can someone explain what I am doing wrong? Is it purposely like this?

Any solution yet? "Allow export to Excel" doesn't seem to do anything. The button to export Excel does not appear.

I can't even get the right click menu to open with P&L Pivot.

Hi,

Does anybody have an update on this issue? 

I have the same issue - when I publish my P & L extension based application the 'Export as XLS' option disappears.
