Partner Portal: Company Profile Settings

Hello Support, 

I am a Partner Manager from Altair Engineering, Inc. and would like to have our company profile updated on your partner listing page. I followed the instructions that were given to me, but I keep receiving the same error:

"We're Sorry. Something went wrong while processing your request. There are many reasons why this may have occurred. Please try again later."

I'd like to upload our company logo as well as update which Qlik partnership tier we belong too. This has become a roadblock for me to do such.
