Certainly! Here are the condensed steps to create a PivotTable in Excel for comparing rows with multiple IDs and identical data:

  1. Open your Excel file.

  2. Select your data, including headers.

  3. Go to the "Insert" tab and click "PivotTable."

  4. Choose your data range in the dialog box.

  5. Place the "ID" field in the "Rows" area and the data fields you want to compare in the "Values" area.

  6. Customize the PivotTable if needed, like adding filters or formatting.

  7. The PivotTable will display unique IDs with corresponding data for easy comparison.

To compare two rows with multiple IDs for similarity, use Excel's conditional formatting or formulae to highlight matching or identical IDs, facilitating easy identification. If you need more help you may use ChatGPT.
