Hi, I have a Pivot table and I want to have an easy way to let the user decide how much totals shall be shown per column. Assuming following Pivot table:
Serial Number: A B C D
Totals 2 1 2 3
Part1 1 1 0 1
Part2 0 0 1 1
Part3 1 0 1 1
If the user decides to show only serial numbers with all 3 failed Parts, only Serial Number D shall be shown. If the user decides to show only serial numbers with at least 2 failed Parts, serial number A, C and D shall be shown. I have no clue, how I could handle this. Any suggestions?
Can u share the sample input file please
Sure:
Serial Number Part
A Part1
A Part3
B Part1
C Part2
C Part3
D Part1
D Part2
D Part3
Please check if attached file gives the desired output
I have used an extension here, Please copy the Attached Folder(qsVariable-master) before opening the qliksense file to
C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Extensions
then on the right side panel you can specify how many failed parts you want to see
Qvf file attached here
Thanks for sharing. I am working with the online version. How can I add an extension here? Unfortunately I am working for a company in which the administrative part is centralized....
You will need to ask the admin team team to add the extension for an input box.
In Qlikview anyways this feature is eadily available as an object but for Qliksense you must get the input box added
