I am trying to develop an expression in a pivot table which should sum the values which are under the same hierarchy.

Please find the table above as an example, but please in mind that it's a pivot table. Also, the Totals functionality from the dimension cannot be used, it has to be done from the expresion. The rule is that the rows should be summed until the word "TOTAL" is found in the dimension.
