PostgreSQl 14 after upgrading qliksense

Dear Sonja,

We have recently upgraded Qlik sense with feb 2024 (IR) and we have postgresql 12 .

I was going through you post for upgrading postgresql with 14 in below post:

I just need to understand the step 17. 

As i said we have already upgraded qliksense with feb-2024 (IR) so do we need to perform the step 17 and after ?
