Problem restore Qlik Sense Server

I have a problem, I have followed the procedure of backup and restore of a new site with a different hostname.

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/February2019/Subsystems/PlanningQlikSenseDeployments/Content/Sense...

And the services up correctly, but I don't access to HUB and the QMC.

Can you help me find out why this is happening?
