Problem with the data refresh scheduler

We are experiencing issues with the data refresh schedule of our published app.

It does not work. We have the message Failed.

But manually reloading and updating data works

It is a problem of registration number because with 100,000 lines it works. But with 4M, I have the error message failure.

Limited ? Yet manually it works!
