QLIK SENSE

If user has selected 3 Quarters then this count will become (3*3)= 9, SO If user has selected ANY Quarter then this count will become multiply into 3.ho ho can i do in script or in measure?

Inspection that can be handled during the quarter will be 3 by default.

So if user has selected 3 Quarters then this count will become (3*3)= 9.
SO How can I DO this for each record?

Actually I SELECT Q1 I should get 3*4=12 

so could you please help how can calculate this?
