QS Server Query to access it on internet

Hi All,

I have one scenario where i have setup the Qliksense server and its working on LAN,

Now i am trying to make it accessible through Internet but it is not allowing me get access.

IP to access through internet in Different from LAN.

all Ports are open, at server side and Internet Firewall side,

Firewall off at server end.

Please suggest what could be possible error?

When i m trying to open QMC through IP Address of LAN with in server, than its working perfectly.. but same when i m trying to open through Internet IP with in Server its not working even.. i thing it should work..

Pls suggest ..

Hi Abhay,

You need to expose your Qliksense server to access through internet.  Check with your infra team on this, they need to do the configuration, nothing from qliksense side.

What do you mean that you cannot get access?

If you cannot hit the Hub URL, then you need to follow up on Jagan's suggestion about exposing the server to the internet.

If you can connect to the Hub, but cannot authenticate, then follow up on the port requirements http://help.qlik.com/sense/2.0/en-US/online/#../Subsystems/PlanningQlikSenseDeployments/Content/Serv... for the authentication mode. For example Windows auth requires port 4244.

If you can authenticate but get a connection lost message, then you need to whitelist the external IP, etc.
