It's not launching, having similar issues to other developers
I forwarded a link to this issue to our support desk. I would expect them to respond shortly.
Just checking with all on this thread - does anyone have BOTH Qlik Sens Server AND Qlik Sense Desktop installed on the same machine?
If So - Qlik Sense Desktop will not start due to conflicting services - if you stop the Printing Service and the Dispatcher Service and start Qlik Sense Desktop - desktop should launch. Please note that having both of these products installed on the same machine is not a supported configuration.

I now have Qlik Sense Desktop 3.0 running on my desktop. You can get yours working by changing the compatibility settings as I have done in the attached image below. This is only a temporary fix
