Hi, I have created section access script and I am loading section access through excel file. Some of the users in list are able to access the application whereas two or three are unable to access the same application. They get this window once they try opening it.

I tried once duplicating, reloading and then republishing it. The access issue got resolved. How is it possible?

And this I have seen the same for around 10 users for different applications. Please guide me what could get rectified by this.

I have a similar case that some of the users in the Excel file doesn't have access to the apps. We found that the issue has been resolved after reloading the data from the Excel file. The issue happens when a new user has been added to the Excel user list but hasn't been loaded/synced to the App. So you may set up a reload task or manually do the data reload periodically.
