Qlik Sense Authentication not working

Hi Team,

I am QlikView administrator. Now our company is trying Qlik Sense.  Hence I have setup the Qlik Sense Enterprise Feb 2022 setup in production environment and configured users as we have professional licese. I have facing issue in activation of Qlik Sense desktop license.  Need to identify issue and make it work.

I have installed Qlik Sense desktop Version (Feb 2022) on my system.

Attached PDF shows the setting I have done till now. I have already gone through the tutoril link and vedio on community.

This video explains the whole process.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxi7DiPzDvw

Please help with debugging or fixing this issue.

Regards,  Krishna

Hi Vineeth & All, Thanks for response.

What we noticed. The Desktop support team did not install it properly hence  the qlik sense desktop was not showing in Control Panel - > Program & Feature list. So I have asked to installed it again. Now the Qlik sense has to be installed as Loacal Admin and Antivirus to be disabled during installation. As Qlik Sense desktop uses power shell and that was blocked by Antivirus by default. After installation I got Qlik Sense dektop pop as expected.

But my Client authentication has still failed with below error message.  "Failed to open selected hub" I think this a know issue as per below link

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Failed-to-open-the-selected-hub-Cannot-authenticate-Qlik-Sen...

So everyting is good for now.

Regards,

Krishna

Even if you don't see a popup , simply copy paste the URL from the new tab in Qliksense desktop

Open Qliksense desktop , choose client authentication, and paste the url
