Qlik Sense Business Subscription not possible

I want to subscribe to Qlik Sense Business but when ich click on "try for free" and login with my credentials I am returned to the landing page´"get started for free" again. I can't open a ticket, it just does not work...

Hi @ManuelRühl Could you please check if you have received an email already to get started? If not, please clear browser history/cache and try to Subscribe again. If you still experience any issues, please contact Customer Support through chat via the blue Help chat bubble at the bottom of every Support page on Qlik Community.

When I press the help button, nothing happens. Neither in Firefox nor via Edge Browser.

I subscribed again with all the information and then it worked. But I had to fill the form several times.
