Qlik Sense (Cloud) MongoDB Connection

I am trying to connect Qlik Sense (Cloud... from web console) to a MongoDB database (4.4.6). I have all relevant inputs (server/hostname, port, database, user name, password) but I receive an error:

ERROR [HY000] [Qlik][MongoDBODBC] (110) Error from MongoDB Client: No suitable servers found (`serverSelectionTryOnce` set): [Invalid reply from server. calling ismaster on 'name-of-cluster'] (Error Code: 13053)
