In Qlik Sense how can I copy an image (graph) and paste it in Word or Powerpoint?

There is no functionality for copy pasting objects into the Office suite, as of now.

I would advice to take a look at the Data Storytelling functionality, which you can find in Desktop. It's the third icon from the top on the left in the App Overview (when you click on an App). The icon looks like a projector screen with a play button on it. Here you can build stories that visualize your data in a nice slide, and also go back to the App to change selections or apply bookmarks while presenting your story. It's not as static as a copy to a PowerPoint presentation.

You could use something like the Windows Snipping tool.
