Qlik Sense Desktop 3.1 internal server error

Hello,

Could you help me to resolve this problem:

I have installed Qlik Sense Desktop 3.1 running on win8.1 64bit.

I've used QS a few days ago without any issues.

I have an error message ”An error occurred    Internal server error”

Do you have any idea to fix this error?

Should I install Qlik Sense again?

I could avoid this error, by installing "QlikSense Desktop 3.2".
