Qlik Sense Desktop is showing smaller window and no content.

Hi,

When I start Qlik Sense Desktop it is showing a small window without any content (as shown in the attached picture). I have seen some documents where the desktop window contains some tabs like Getting started, Home etc. I was unable to see those as well. 

How can I overcome this issue?

And you are login against what ? A Tenant with Trial license ? Or a TEST license ?

Have you tried to delete this authentication and then try to add it again ?

What is your Qlik Sense desktop version ?

I have logged in using Qlik Cloud and the desktop version is "Qlik Sense Desktop February 2020 Patch 13". I was using Trail version only.

Can you please tell the steps to delete the authentication and for adding it again.

I was unable to download Qlik Sense Desktop from the link you provided. It is throwing an error as shown in the picture. It is suggesting to download the Full Version. Can I get any steps or links to download the full version.

Hi @aiops_lite,

Qlik Sense Desktop can't be installed in a Windows server, it can only be installed on Windows 10 or Windows 11.
