Qlik Sense Desktop stuck on cloud screen when logging in

Hi all, I am using Qlik Sense Desktop, when logging in it stops on the cloud screen, please see below. Has anyone come across the same issue? Any ideas how to solve it? Thanks, Leszek

Hi, this is a known issue. R&D is on it. The workaround is to disable the network before starting the software.

there is a message on a Qlik Support page:

"Attention Qlik Cloud users

Hello all Qlik Cloud users
We are aware of a bug which is currently affecting users who try to load apps and/or export data from Qlik Cloud.
We are currently working to find a solution which will be deployed as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your patience

I think it might have something to do with it.

Thanks,

Leszek

Hi Leszek

I have just switched my laptop to Airplane mode to kill off any internet access & it seems to have done the trick.

Fingers crossed for you.

Hi,

I get the below, might be because I have reinstalled Qlik and now can't log in properly (it does not remember my credentials when I hit [back])?

Hi Daniele,

I just installed Qlik Sense April 2019 and it seems to be having the same issue.  I tried to upgrade it to June 2019 still no success. I also tried to uninstall QlikSense then reinstall it, but it is still going to cloud instead of desktop.

Cheers,

Ajay
