Qlik Sense June 2019 - QMC system notification

Hi All, 

I am using QS Enterprise June 2019.  I wanted to create a system notification however I couldn't find the tab System Notification in the QMC. 

Are there specific steps/rules/properties in order for me to see?

What kind of notification you looking for? Successful or failure notifcation? OR services failure notification? Anyways, here something that can help you:

Hi Giuseppe, 

Thanks for your feedback. I am looking for every kind of notification. In this case, I want to create a notification for the Qlik Sense Mobile App based on QS native function in QMC like described in this article:

However, I don't see this tab in my QMC.

Please read the grey box :

"System notifications and System notification policies features are available only on Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows installations licensed with a signed key" 

You probably have a token/LEF based license, which won't allow you to see that option.

I have - QSE June 2019 in Windows with sighnet key.  Qlik sense mobile june 2019 on Andriod 9 device.

I can open application on Server using Qlik Sense mobile app,

Create sample notification in QMC

Title - test

Message - This is a test PUSH message from QLik Sense June 2019 server. w/o any link

Application link - <empty>

User name - select my user name

Group name - empty

Apply setting and press trigger. Nothing happend 😞 What I do wrong?

Try to check Qlik Notifier Service and Qlik Mobility Registrar are running under 9081 and 9082 respectively. If not, enable it.

Dear all,

We had the same issue: "System Notification" not available (QS Entreprise June 2019 - Installed on Window Server 2012). We also used a token/lef based licence. We changed our licence model (now signed key) but the "System Notification" section remain unavailable (not visible).

Also, I don't see both Qlik Notifier and Qlik Mobility Registrar Services  on the VM. Apparently they are automatically installed on all nodes in a deployment (if i'm not mistaken: see Qlik Help)
