Qlik Sense - Last 5 weeks period data from Current Week FOR Current year and same period last year

Hi All,

I am trying to get the last 5 weeks (Current week is 9 when I wrote this, so looking for 9,8,7,6,5).similar to bellow line chart for for Current and same period last year (current  Year orange and Grey Past year same period using power BI)

Columns I have set up,

week (Numeric week numbers) not on above pic as its too large table

CurrWeek (Current week , 1 or 0 depending on the current week of the year

I made some progress to get past 2 years. I guess I need now is how I can limit the X axis to 5 weeks only. If someone can help would be awesome thanks
