Qlik Sense Table - Handling selection of Aggr w/ Concat

I have a table displaying two columns, Project # & Planned Project #.
Sometimes there are multiple Planned Project #'s per Project #.

The first column of the table displays the Project # in clear.
The second column displays the Planned Project # using the following Aggr function:

=Aggr(CONCAT(DISTINCT [Planned Project Number], ', '), [Project Number])

This displays all the data correctly, but when I try to click on the second column when it contains multiple Planned Project #'s it doesn't funciton how I would like.

It applys a filter on the Project # field, instead of applying a filter on the Planned Project # field with all of the concatenated values selected as well as the Project # field.

Note that when the Planned Project # only contains one value it functions how I would like and applys a filter on both the selected Planned Project # and Project #.

Is this possible to do in Qlik Sense?

Thanks for the help,
Josh
