Qlik - What happens if field referenced in Sheet Action doesn't exist?

Hello Folks,

I'm working on a dashboard where we've made some changes to the datamodel, including removing fields.  I noticed that for some actions were acting wonky and not firing off.   When inspecting other sheet actions, I noticed that they referenced long gone fields.

What is the expected (or unexpected) behavior that can happen when a sheet action references a non-existing field?

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Hi Justin,

The idea is that they indeed just no longer work. If some fields are somehow remanded differently, but still the same as the action, you could see indeed strange behaviour. Of course the advice is to remove them immediately when removed from the data model.
