Qlik report sharing in Enterprise version

How do i share the reports i have generated to other users within my company using qlik.

I do want a email to be triggered from my  code to notify the user stating a qlik report was shared to him by me.

is that possible to achieve?

Do we have share option ? or is publishing the app to stream to all users only option?
