Hi All,
Today I had a strange incident. All of a sudden I found My apps not opening and the reload tasks failed.
I tried to login to server through Service or the common admin credentials it said account is locked. But i was able to login to the server through my personal assigned- admin credentials.
I checked the event log I found this error on a Reload node. After one hour I was again able to login through Service or the common admin credentials
and the apps were all available.
I did not reset the admin password. it automatically worked fine.
Any thoughts or suggestions why this happened?
