QlikSense Application log without using log files/ monitor app

Hi There 

We want to create log application like below, we don't want to use existing logs or monitoring app. 

How to achieve following? 

1. Register log completion results (successful / unsuccessful)
2. Latest available data month
3. Frequency of refresh (daily/weekly/monthly)
4. Application executed 
5. Application name
6. Environment
7. Number of records updated 
8. Date time start 
9. Date time finished
10. If the completion ends in error, throw an exception and display errors and notify users

How do you want to achieve this without using logs is the fundamental question.
And why would you want to avoid using logs?

The Qlik R&D team use log values for the Qlik developed monitoring apps as logs are a reliable repository of the actions taken and results seen by the Qlik Sense services.

did you check the others monitoring apps ?

not included by default in the stream but that you can import

the reload monitor has most of the data that you need and you could develop the missing, as records updated from c:/program data/qlik/sense/log/script/<app Id>
