Don't know if this helps Brindlogcool, but if you look at Jonathan's snapshot above, it does show you the complete path from which the "lib:" statement is stored. The complete path should be viewable from your data load editor page via the pencil icon. So notice in Jonathan's snapshot, his lib path is called "lib://Notepad2/Notepad2". In the right part of the page under "Create New Connections", is a connection called "Notepad2". When you hit the pencil icon it shows you the complete path for that "lib://" connection.
So in essence it is stored on the qvf, and as long as you have access to the data load editor page, you should be able to reference all the "lib://" connections for that file. If still not clear, send a snapshot that may help to clarify your question further.
