In Qliksense, how to track who has downloaded a report ?

Example if a user exports the data to excel, pdf etc. How to track who downloaded a report ?

I don't know if that data is available.  But it would be in one of 2 places.  Either in the log files or in the Repository database.

In the Operations Monitor there is a sheet that displays export information.  That might give you what you want.

this will be reading data from Postgres and Log files. Looks like your Operations Monitor Task hasn't been run or failed.

Take a look at the QMC-->Tasks and see if it got successfully ran?

In the log for operations monitor, I am seeing this -

Error: QVX_UNEXPECTED_END_OF_DATA: Failed to connect to server

I cannot see option to open 'data load editor' for this application.

please help

download the application from server

and  open that qvf  and data load editor 

then change the path again and reload

you will get it

Duplicate the app to your work area.  Then you can look at the load script.

The script is very long and complex.  So good luck.

Sounds like your data connection to the log files may be broken.

 Under "Export Overview " sheet I can the users who are down loading the data in the form of pdf & Jpg. But it is not showing the users who are downloading the data in the form of Excel.

Is there any way to track the users who are downloading the data in excel format In Qlik Sense latest version.
