Qliksense upgrade from Aug 2021 to November 2022

Hi Team, we are in mid of upgrading Qlik sense from Aug 2021 to November 2022.

when installed Qliksense Aug 2021 by default it has Postgres 12.5 , not installed seperate.

now trying to upgrade November 2022 version, but when I upgrade I am able to see install option only instead on upgrade option.

please let me know why I can see only install option when trying to upgrade with existing Aug 2021  version.

Hi @ogster1974 , means for qlik sense Aug 2021 version i can see Patch 11 is the final patch version.

So once we install that patch 11 version for Aug 2021, and then tried to upgrade Qlik Sense NOV 2022 we will be able to see Upgrade option?

Since at the moment i can see only Install option- i am not able to see Upgrade option.

Yes I believe you must bring an install up to its nearest full version first before making the jump to new full versions.
