Qlikview licence to QlikSense licence ?

I understand that Qlik Sense Desktop doesnt have any licence,

But what is difference betweem Qlikview Server Licence and QlikSense Server Licence ?

and what are the rules to convert from qlikview licence to qlik sense licence ?
