Quartile calculation with 3 fields

Hello experts,

Quartile needs to be calculated based on Incentive amount.

Granularity is Rep -> Period -> Product -> Incentive.

Fractile function works exact when there is only one dimension and one fact.

With the sample example given below it shows unexpected values. could anyone suggest on this?
