Rank Issue (Rank function not working)

In 1st snap, Rank function working fine with 1 dimesion.

After adding 2nd dim unable to understand the output(2nd snap).
In my scenario both dim are necessary i.e. material header and component.

One material compoent have multiple headers and in another case one headers have multiple component.

Used expression: Aggr( nodistinct Rank(Sum(BudSalesValMonUsdBrx),1,1),[Mat. (Header)])
