I suggest to use the standard QlikDeploymentFramework structure, there are several advantages to use it:

thanks for reply. Above recommended structure works fine in Qlikview. In Qlik sense most of the development will be done via web so we can't define the path for app. We can create folder for sources, qvds storage but  we can define different path for qvd generator and application.

In above structure where the extractor QVF file and data model file located.

Because in Qlik sense management console we can schedule only those apps that are present in default path.

Others can not be scheduled.
