Reload of time difference between two apps with two different servers

Hi Team,

Can any one suggest me why there is a reload of  time gap  between to servers with 2 same qvf files and it has same data copy of the file. (Eg Dev  & Prod environment).  I can see the time variation.

Dev  server configuration is different to Prod in terms of memory , etc....
