Save Report with Filters applied

Hi,

 Everytime i try edit report..filters are getting reset. Is there any option to save the applied filters ?

You can use bookmarks

Selections are not stored in applications as they do in QlikView.

Just as @DavidM  writes you can use Bookmarks, and as of a couple of releases back you can  set an default bookmark that is applied when a user opens the application.
