A user has somehow managed to change something so that when he opens any app, a search box fills the screen on his iPhone - effectively hiding any visualizations. He can search and the visualizations appear. However they are filtered by the search and viewed in a search mode of sorts, not the standard format of the app.
He has recently switched phones, he has cleared the cache on his browser, he can preview QS on a desktop browser just fine. I have fiddled with another iPhone(6s) and could not duplicate the problem. Other devices are working fine (although I wasn't using his profile when testing).
We are using Qlik Sense 3.0 Enterprise
What did he do? And how can it be fixed?
