Self service data reload

Hi to all,

is it possible that the user, by pressing a button on the dashboard, loads himself new data when he needs new data?
If so, how does this work in Qlik Sense?

Yes, this is possible. let's say the data is an excel worksheet and this sheet get's changed by the user.

then the user after saving the sheet can start a reload via a button.
