Hi

We need to read all the users from an active directory

The connector seems to be well configured because all users are correctly synced, but are not able to login.

Proxy log says:

Command=Login;Result=403;ResultText=Error: Access Denied. 'TryLogin'

All the users have a "root admin" role.

We have done many tests, the only way was to create a local user in the windows server, and than let them access via RDP

Doing this, the users are able login to Qlik using the form <domain>\<username>

Is this mandatory or we have done something wrong?

You can give them other Admin roles but Root admin o all the users is risky.

They can make any changes into QMC.

Create custom Admin role or provide Content Admin etc
