Hello,I need help setting up qlik sense on an iphone or and Ipad. I have tried the steps I have read here in the community but it doesn't seem to work. I am encountering the error message " You must connect to the qlik sense server atleast once before you can view its connects without and internet connect. make sure your internet connect is working and tap the Qliksense server again."
I have tried using both cellular data access and in office wireless internet access without any luck.
I have also added my phones IP address to the white list without any luck.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
