With variables. Create a variable with a understandable name, e.g. "vSheetShowCondition". Assign it value 0 or 1. The show condition for the sheets should then be: $(vSheetShowCondition)
Or if you have different switches for different sheets you create one variable per sheet. You also need to decide how you want to change the variable, what "the switch" should be.
