String values in expression of Measure in Point layer not working

Hi,

I am trying to write an expression that will return a string in Measure of Point Layer in Map. But it is not showing the output string, instead it is giving NaN. It is working fine if I am using integer.

e.g.

='abc'  ---> not working, giving NaN

=10 ---> working fine

I am using QlikSense 3.2 SR1.

I also have another problem. In data load editor I am creating a new field and I want to put new line character there. Tried using Chr(10) and Chr(13). But nothing is working.

e.g.

'this is test' & table1.username as key3

I want new line between "this is test" and table1.username.

Please suggest.
