Sum(Aggr(max(GroupRow,ID) on every row

Dear all

I have difficulties in writing the set analysis in a table for this problem:

I need to see the max value for each ID, on every row for this ID. See picture. 

So for ID 'HS00T' on 01/02/2019 I need to see '3' in every row (last column), because '3' is the max value for this ID. Now I see 0 - 3 - 0. 

Can anyone help me please?

Max(TOTAL <ID> Value)
