Symptoms not seen after stream addition

1. Create "미소정보기술" in Stream
2. Add permission
3. Invisible in stream from hub

What part is wrong and I can't see it?
Please reply if possible.

Please try add an app to the new stream. Then you might able to see the stream in hub.

You may not have access to that stream, contact your administrator for access, they will give access through QMC
